This is my first. But I'm sure its not my last. My dream would be to own every GEN.

I think I would like to own more than one at a time, I am looking for an 83 280zx since it was my first love but I hear the rumor that the Z may get the AMG engine in the next model so I will need to be saving my pennies for that. Keeping my fingers crossed. :worship:

red check out this article. Road and Track is reported this in July but I have not heard of anything since. still the Pic is pure sex IMO.

Thanks Triple's. The 280zx just don't die; I still see some racing on the highway though beat up...Truely Z spirited cars.

Very nice kellyefields. I highly doubt that Nissan would risk placing a 500HP in a Z without the risk of killing its GTR niche... "Is that the new GTR ? no it is a 375Z and it is half the price of a GTR but the same power" :p

Do you plan to do any mods to your Nismo?

Yea cool find, but I dont see anything like that happening. I would hope Nissan learned there lesson with the 300ZX turbo and its 40-50K pricing and not kill another Z.

With the number of people that are going the FI route another putting another 10 grand into min. it seems like nissan would like to put that money in there pocket. Maybe they should offer the Nismo version with a TT setup only. Produce only a limited number to make it exclusive and call it a day. I would say there would be a waiting list if that were to happen. Who knows I will just settle building mine with a stroker kit to bring up the liters to a 4.5 and slap a TT on it. By the time i complete that I will have it to tear up the streets with and purchase the next model and be able to do it without having to worry about downtime since I already have a monster setting next to it. :happydance:

NewYorkJon34, I absolutely plan on doing mods to it, the first things I'm doing will be the Kenwood DNX head unit, backup camera, Zenclosures 10" sub (LOOKS GREAT...Mike in FL did a hell of a job), alpine sub & amp. I have all the parts already but I am waiting on Matt (bigaudiofanat) to get back to me for settingthe work.

I had the clearbra done front, back and on the sides (I got a couple of chips the day I got the car on my way back from CT, luckily the guys at the shop took care of it), got the tint done all around as well.

I'll wait for the warranty to expire before installing the Berk HFCs (def) and CAI (maybe...). That will be all I plan on doing engine wise;... Yea right! I think these cars are exceptional the way they are built and I don't want to get on the road of ultra customizing things and put myself in a ditch.

Thanks Darren, your nismo is coming along great. Eager about the FI exhaust, not trying to match your Invidia exhaust note though, you can be heard you coming 3 blocks away :hello: sweet exhaust!
