Seems like it might be worth considering the Hankook's to reduce to one set a year.

I hope to average one set a year (mostly light city driving) but I have to swap with all-seasons for winter.

Just an assumption, but if you are willing to drvie 150 miles to work, you must be getting paid very very well. Go buy a Honda Civic Hybrid or a Toyota Camry Hybrid to go to work if you really do work that far from home. Keep the 370z as the weekend car.
