Maybe a gunmetal with a red, blue, white, or whatever color lip? Even black with a lip might look nice.

Actually if the wheel is treated/waxed using detail spray cleans off the dust pretty easy.

This too, If the wheel is clearcoated and waxed a wet towel would wipe away the dust

Some guy at work was yapping about vivid images. I guess they do vinyl for wheels. sounds different. I dont know much about it but maybe it could be an option
