I could be another Z owner by next week...
Hey guyz! Questions for you all. I saw this 2009 demo 370Z (6MT with 3400km on it) from a dealership and he offer me $39880 CAN then we talk ......then I got another offer at $37000CAN. I just want to know what you guys think? and what is the different between the 09 and the 2010.
In case it would be sold to someone else, I put $500 deposit on it. Some of my friends told me that I'm stupid for getting a demo... This "Z" will be my first officiall MANUEL sport car (you guys heard that right, I NEVER really driven a MT before, but I am willing to learn n put my heart into it...). Please tell me what you guys think, I just dont wana regret getting it. Well if you got no comments, just wish me luck, hoping that the bank approve it!!! CHEERS |
Hope you don't burn the clutch!
And first manual car?! I feel bad for that z... |
LOL.....:eekdance: that's why i am renting a POS tmr to practice driving stick all day.... :(

Just always remember that you don't have to stall!
If you know you messed up hold the clutch down before the stall kicks in! And practice on hills if you want to get nasty. GL! btw.. are you getting sports package? |
I will practice non-stop tmr....and yep, it's with sport pack!

Good Luck. Yea make sure you get good at driving a stick. You can really take off some life off that clutch if your not careful.

you gonna have fun with this MT 370Z. Depending on the clutch modulation on your car you might have some fun/embarassing moments launching from 1st gear esp on an up incline. Thats what I found when I got my Z despite a life long MT driver. Use the hand brake on an incline until you get a hang on the clutch modulation. With regards to price just tell ur friends its about same price or cheaper as a fully loaded Toyota Camry and you gonna have tons more fun! What colour is this demo? Likely one of those I test drove!

Practice makes perfect but the Z isnt one of the easier cars to learn on. Best of luck to you. I picked up my 2009 sport touring with nav for 27.5k(us) with 10k miles on her. They started at 39k I stood firm until they went down.

Thanks!:tiphat:
