Mine was 449 for 60 mos at 4.x% interest, but I have since paid it off. I like having as low a payment as possible, in case of emergency or a slow month, with the option to pay as much as I want when I want.

azn370z 05-18-2010 04:15 PM

$280 for 60 months. Hoping to pay it off end of this year then buying advan wheels.

370zFORme!! 05-18-2010 05:41 PM

I'm paying 499 a month for 56 more months! I thought I got a bad deal, glad to know it's not as bad as I thought.

Example:

Car: 2010 Nissan 370z w/ Sport Package $34,150 - Sale tax (7.00% Florida) = $2,391 - Title / Registration = $512. Total cost of loan = $37,053.00

Interest: 6.41% APR / 4.49% APR

Term: 60 months

Monthly Payment: $723.42 / $690.61

fullmonty 05-18-2010 08:56 PM

$164 for 60 Months. Didn't want a big monthly payment just in case something unforseen happens. Plus with it being so low I can pay double or triple what I need too.

KptKIDLAT 05-18-2010 09:22 PM

$530/ month for 60 months, I financed $28,800

Diocletian 05-19-2010 11:53 AM

$481 for 72 months.

wishihadnav 05-19-2010 01:24 PM

Nice! haha
Yea, my loan might be to the extreme, but they still gave me 12k for my "repaired" 350...and it was end of month so I felt it was right (even with my loan add-on)... "my other half" was extremely P*SSED about the new Z! Oddly enough..he was with me at time of purchase and he drove it home haha. He still asks me every week if he can take it to work to show it off haha Nooo....it it chillin on his computer's screen saver at work :bowrofl:

sonic370 05-23-2010 07:44 PM

769.00 a month worth every dollar.
its a daily driver wanted to payoff early
try to trade every 24 to 30 months.
i keep em in great shape but take a hit on the mileage

Zaggeron 05-23-2010 07:59 PM

I hate interest. I'm paying 317/mo because of a large down payment. I more or less expect to pay it off by this time next year.

kjay82 05-24-2010 02:54 PM

476 / month for 72 months..
financed ~$29k @ ~6% APR with $8,000 down..

ZackMorris 04-03-2014 01:48 PM

So, you'll end up paying $30,096 for the car with the warranty and $26424 without? The warranty is $3672?

Niche79 04-03-2014 02:47 PM

I bought mine used but I pay 420 per month and the original loan was 60 months. 3.3% interest rate.

I pay 2 or 300 extra every single month, I want it paid off in about 3 years from original purchase if I can. Wife wants kids in the next 2 years so Ill have to buy another car to haul the around in so this needs to be paid off so I can buy yet another car:)

jlbrenne 04-03-2014 03:27 PM

I bought my 2010 for $34,000 in June 2013. 1.9% , 60m/n. and that is with the extended warranty (VERT).

I'm under $10k now. And about $10k+ in mods.....lol

I will pay off by end of this year and then I need a bigger vehicle :)

Bullit79 04-03-2014 03:40 PM

Loan is for $20k for 48 months at 3.5%, comes out to about $438 monthly. But I put in anywhere from $100-$400 extra per month depending how my other expenses are. Looking to pay off the balance at the end of 24 months.

Zerocool 04-03-2014 05:17 PM

$431 a month for the next 6 years. Looking to pay it off within 3 years.

KramChaos 04-03-2014 05:21 PM

$420 a month, 5 years, 0% interest. I haven't been paying it off early due to the 0% interest, but I have been considering it since I hate debt

kittens 04-03-2014 08:02 PM

$425 a month for 45 more months

horty24 04-03-2014 08:15 PM

$325 for 72 months. Hope to payoff in 60.

Solomatrix 04-03-2014 08:21 PM

0% interest is good but owing money on things still feels weird

Solomatrix 04-03-2014 08:22 PM

it's like... i drive this car but i haven't fully bought it yet

or if it's a lease then... i drive this car but it's not mine

same with mortgages... i live in this house but i haven't bought it yet

doesn't make sense in my mind lol

Solomatrix 04-03-2014 08:25 PM

but tbh nothing is really yours, dont pay taxes = :owned:

Niche79 04-03-2014 11:25 PM

paying off a house is a bit harder though we personally toss 300 or more each month towards the house as well. 30 years is along time, 20 or less sounds better!

I agree, but with 0% it kinda depends. If you had enough to pay it off, would you be better off investing it? But of course, that's a risk. Unfortunately things like money market accounts and other safe investments don't pay jack now. But I digress...

I guess another way to look at it is to pay off the car before you start modding heavily. I wouldn't want to throw too much money at something that the bank could just take away from me.

im honestly not sure. my dad about killed me when i told him i got an extended warranty from the dealership. I know what its like to have an unexpected problem with a car and how much of an inconvenience it is so i did it in hopes of protecting my *** due to some sort of issue. especially after reading all the threads about problems these cars have before buying.

think it was a stupid idea?
ive never kept a car a full 7 years
id like to think this will be the first but im not sure

You would have been better off with a savings account. Unfortunately, your dad was right. You're paying interest on an extended warranty. You should be sure about what you pay for things going forward. Give the warranty company a call and see what your options are for getting out of it. From the numbers you gave, you spent 13.9% of the purchase price of the car on an extended warranty.

zae757 04-09-2014 01:06 PM

$389 for 52 more months with 2.3%...think I put like 2500 down payment on a 27500, but I need another car now...thinking I might have 2 car notes starting in June/July timeframe...
