After years of Z Desire - I finally own my 40th Anniversababy!
 

I was planning on getting a Z this fall when the '11 models drop, but that all changed when I found out about the 40th. I fell in love with everything this Z offers and had to have one.

I put a deposit down on the car a few weeks ago and picked it up on Saturday. It was definitely one of the coolest days of my life! I have loved the Z since I was a kid and officially knew I would own one someday when I first saw pictures of a prototype 350.

My favorite surprise I've found after a few days is how great the car is to drive when you are not going fast. The 370 is a wonderful cruiser. I'm amazed that you can drive around 45mph in 5th or 6th and the car won't bog down or chug along - step on the gas and you still have tons of power.

Anyway, I'm having a blast and glad to be a part of the site.

The weather has sucked since Saturday, so I can't wait for a sunny day to take some real pictures, but here is a preview shot...
