Hey all, glad to be accepted to the forum and looking forward to learning more about my Z. Bought my 2017 Nismo last March w/6K miles for a steal; it now just topped 20K and I'm just scratching the surface on ideas to turn her into a true project car.
Cheers!
Marc

The red-black on this nismo looks really cool. Probably my favorite color combination for the 370z.. right after the yellow that is :D

Red/Black is my favorite color combo by far and is see throughout most everything I own. When I saw the Z in that scheme, it was a done deal.

I've got Stillen Gen 2s on her at the moment w/an UpRev tune...already had the cable from my Titan upgrades so easy option there. Plan is to do a full AAM build, but open to recommendations from drivers/installers that have done it. Definitely thinking the Stage 2 TT kit with all the necessary upgrades, but debating a stage 2 or 3 block upgrade as well. Of course, everything comes down to $ and time.

Cheers!
Marc

If you have the means of doing a AAM TT build go for it. I ran a AAM Stage 4 long block for five years was a very solid engine never had any engine related issues what so ever. You can make a tremendous amount of power with the AAM stage 2 TT set up. What are your goals with your Z?

JARblue 01-21-2020 08:09 AM

AAM is just a bunch of crooks. Do not support them.

Welcome to the Z life!

Everything comes down to time and money, but if you want a "no hassle, no drama" build (on your end or from prior customers), I have read that Fast Intentions' TT kit is the way to go.
