Base or Sport

Hey y'all.
My name is Mark and I just recently purchased this 2015 370z from a local auction.

I was wondering if someone could tell me if this was a base or sports model. It was sold to me labeled as a base model, BUT...I'm starting to believe it's a sports model BECAUSE it's got a spoiler, it's got the sports mode rev match, it's got the larger akebono brakes and it has Ray's wheels. I just don't know of it has an LSD because it's not driveable just yet.

So is it a base model or a sports model??

Thank you! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...cbe8acd531.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...309b21a73a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...5d67d8a0aa.jpg

It sounds like a sport model , I guess you could check the VIN and ask Nissan to be sure.

You've got the Akebonos, so that's one good sign. An even better would be to check for syncro rev match. On the forward shifter bezel there is a button on the left for the hazard lights. A sport model will have another button to the right of that for syncro rev. It will look like the H shift pattern on the button. If you have a blank area instead of a button like I do, you probably have a base model with upgraded brakes

EDIT:
Nevermind, I didn't scroll the page far enough to see you say that you have rev match. I'm pretty sure that's not available on the base models

If you have rev match, you have a sport.

looks like fun, so in putting together are you going to mod it...

Welcome to the 370Z forums. It sure does look like a sport model. Congratulations and have fun repairing and fixing it up. When it is done enjoy driving your Z!!!

Most probably a Sport but get the VIN, as per wideglideleon above, and call a dealer or look it up online.
