My brand new 370Z 2018

Nice to talk to you.
I just bought a couple weeks ago a new 2018 370z M6 passion Red a new color in 2018. The first time I saw this car at the dealership I said to my wife "i want THIS car"... and she said if this is what ou want just buy it....and that's what I did.

Last week I also met a guy who just bought a brand new Nismo 2017 and he decided to give a boost to his brand new car with a Super charger and he also by the same time replaced his Nismo cat-back....so I bought tht catback and had it installed in my car......I immediately felt in love with the look of the tips and the sound of the muffler..... what a wonderful car for the price

NICE CAR What was new for the 2018 model other than color? the red looks nice. You might want to 3m the front to save the paint. my black car has taken some rock hits in the past. :driving:

I already 3m the front of the car to save the paint and it is almost impossible to see it....real good job but expensive.

The differences for 2018 model are:

1) The front and rear lense are now black
2) car is equipped with EXEDY stage 2 cluch and pressure plate. Now the cluch is smooter to depress and more resistant for downshifting....Nissan promise a gain compare with 2017 model year of .02 second for the 0-100kph now in 4.9 second
3) new color passion Red.
4) you can now open the trunk from the inside( electric switch)
5) new design of front and rear bumper

There is maybe some more some more difference but I don't know

2018 passion Red 370z

New wheels for 2018. Looks like there's an LED light bar in the center of the trunk. I assume your Z is a base model since there's no wing.

The color is striking. IMHO, good call on the clear bra. Mine's 3 years old and there's not a rock chip to be found. Best thing is that splattered bugs just wipe off with a little plastic polish or some Adam's cleaner.

One of you folks asked me the difference between 2017 and 2018 370Z...
in addition to what i have listed above the 2018 370Z is now equiped with the 6 speaker sound system...the same you can find in the more expensive Sport model....

Now you can get very much for the money you spend on a base model

The front and rear lens are black? head/tail lights? I see the heads are the blacked out Nismo lights... check to see if the black in the housing is bubbling at all. Been wanting to pull the trigger on a set but from what I've read a lot of the owners noticed bubbling in the paint.

Where is this switch located? I have a button behind the driver seat which I still never checked what is is good for.
