New Black Cherry 2010 Coupe

I posted pictures under the pictures thread under the Black Cherry thread.

The link to the thread and photos is here.

It's a Touring w/navigation, automatic coupe.

I couldn't be happier. It's got what I like most -- speed and gadgets to play with. :)

Thanks to all of you who post here as far as offering so much useful information it really solidified my decision. I'm so happy to be among you owners!

Holly

Congrats and welcome - that's a nice color!

I see you got the Navigation package. I'm curious to know if you can hook a large USB type drive up to it and play mp3's videos, etc.

Just responding!

Yep, you can use USB for just most storage devices and will detect and play several types of movie files, but you can also throw in a DVD and watch a movie (seems iffy with pirated stuff, but encoded/normal ones are fine) and it will detect mp4 files, etc. in USB storage folders and ask which you want to use.

There's also auxiliary input jacks...which I found totally odd...but you can plug in a video camera, gaming system, or portable video player.

You can adjust display, wide screen, normal, etc. quality, audio. It's a lot more than I expected and will ever use. The video functions won't work while the car is in motion...which given there's only ever going to be one passenger...make sense to some degree.

I'll post the pics in this thread too. :)

Hope that answers your question!

Congratulation!

Wow, a 2010 already? You can't even configure a '10 on Nissan's website yet.

Thanks for the response, you answered my question wonderfully. This makes me want to see how/if I can upgrade my '09 navi to accept the USB. (2009's only had iPod integration).

Soooo shhexxay!! Congrats!! Is the 2010 Navi display brighter and easier to read than the 2009???
I might have to trade in my 2009 for a 2010. :)

I suggest you clear bra it ASAP.
