The upcoming Movie Need for Speed has the "Hero" in a 2015 Ford Mustang.

What do you think? I know the movie is not out but what are your thoughts on the feature car. If you could change it (aka) make it a different model (other the a Z) what would you use, as the feature car for the movie?

Probably a Corvette Stingray, however, I think the Mustang is a good choice.

This movie looks so, so bad. Like "Redline" bad. There's no way in hell I'm paying to see this. However, I'll be watching it shitfaced the first day it hits Netflix.

It's better than Redline. Much better (but come on.. Redline was just terrible). Still a cheesy auto-action movie.. better than I expected though.

Ended up seeing it in theaters, is worth the rental but probably not the money in theaters.
A good chunk of the movie they shot as if you were playing the game when they race, which was cool and interesting. Plenty of action and some good car shots (though downside is none of the cars are real :(), but acting....not the best but still manageable to get through the movie.

The wife and I enjoyed the movie. Damn. All them cars $$

I enjoyed it. Acting wasn't great and plot was not anything special, however, I go see these movies for the cars.

The story seems nice but cars is meeh, I prefer FF cars over high end cars in such a movie

I was given pre screening passes, so me and a bunch of guys from work went.. Im only saying that because i probably wouldn't have actually paid to go see it... After seeing it though, i gotta say that it wasnt bad at all. A lot of cheesy moments and totally fake "car talk" that made all of us the only ones laughing in the theater at times, but other than that, it was a decent movie. I did kinda feel like i was watching someones Go Pro footage of them street racing in half the racing scenes though :rofl2:
