What are your top three movies that involve a lot of car action? Here is a list of car movies I've seen, feel free to list more movies and I will add them:

• IMAX Super Speedway (2000)

• The Wraith (1986)

I wonder if the following movies should qualify as racing movies? Some of these I haven't seen... others - well, they don't have enough car action imo or they focus on other things too much.

Speed Racer (2008)
Driven (2001)
Faster (2004)
Italian Job (2003)

My top three are:

* Gone in Sixty Seconds

Italian Job i liked. Not really a racing movie but good movie IMO

Same here. I really liked that movie, but its not truly a racing movie... it just has some race scenes, but the movie would probably be almost the same without those cute mini coopers ;)

IMAX Super Speedway. You have to watch with a proper sound system. Gives me chills every time I watch it.

Does this include movies with epic chase scenes? Because you can't leave out two of the all-time classics, "Bullitt" and "The French Connection"
