How do you think the 3rd season will be with a new guy cast as spartacus now that Andy Whitfield has died of non-hodgkin lymphoma?

I really enjoyed season 1, have yet to see season 2.
Do I need season 2 and is it worth it?

You don't need season 2 to follow the story since it is technically a prequel. That said, it is worth watching, but not quite as good as the first.

You don't need it but it's well worth your time even though it's only six eps.
