ahh that makes sense.. its just a shame when they do it right and end it.. but they let the string of bad movies continue... george cloony... really? LOL

I also believe Christian Bale feels the same way; that after this point, it would just get cheesy and he doesn't want to do it.

i've got a cool story to share about the upcoming movie...

i was in NYC the first week of november for a conference (work-related). my boss, my co-worker, his wife, myself and my girlfriend all flew up 2 days early to sight-see and have a mini vacation in NYC. the sunday before our conference started, we went down to the WTC memorial and then walked a few blocks up to check out the Occupy Wall Street happening in Zuccotti Park. it looked peaceful, and from what i took in, it was just a bunch of hippies laughing and singing and begging for money (i think).

after we got our share of laughs watching their shenanigans, we walked one street over to the actual Wall Street street. as we were walking, we hear loud sirens, gun shots, and what sounds like a large amount of people rioting. we turn the corner to Wall Street, and we see a police blockade, and behind the blockade about a block down, we see a HUGE mob of people and a sh1t-ton of smoke billowing up from the crowd. i instantly thought that that was the "real" Occupy Wall Street and what we just had seen in Zuccotti Park was something unrelated. as the cops try to clear out the by-standers from in front of the blockade, a loud air horn fires, the smoke clears, and I hear somebody yell "there's a BATMOBILE!"... i looked closer and sure enough, there are two or three Batmobiles about a block away from me! i quickly realized i had just stumbled upon the filming of the Dark Knight. :ughdance:

to make a long story short, we managed to make our way down and around to the other side of Wall Street, sneak through a hotel, and walked STRAIGHT ONTO THE SET!!! :wtf2:

I found this video on youtube that night. there's actually quite a few from the scene they were shooting if you do a search. i can't wait to watch the movie and see that scene. definitely one of the highlights of our trip! :tup:

Got to see the 2 minute trailer tonight at MI4, really excited and not much given away but really gets you going.

i read that the VO of tom hardy in the recording studio was not quite done when the IMAX footage was sent out so they had to use on set sound which was crappy due to the mask and that it has been corrected and shouldn't be an issue during the movie once it's released or any "public" trailers they release later. i hope they release this one publicly soon, i'd love to see it high res. in these you get the idea of what's going on but it's hard to make out what some stuff is

Well, this question has come up from the weekend and the trailer being officially released.
Is Bane small? Yes, this is about realism and what can truly happen in this Batman story, but Bane was always suppose to be fairly large and well built.
