Gun For Sale

*New Price* Remington Model 870 Marine Magnum with a Surefire L.E.D. Forend, a Hogue Tamer pistol grip and a single point sling. Brand new, never fired. $900.00 It was a purpose built gun for Search Warrants. Admin wanted me to qualify with it as if it still had a buttstock on it (shooting slugs from the fifty yard line). Made no sense considering the houses we run warrants on are usually no bigger than 800 to 900 square feet. Long story short, I don't want it now that I can't use it.

I have a little over $1,000 in it. I can't bring myself to give it away especially since its brand new. I don't think this same setup can be built for any less than $1,000.00. ($900) Expensive but fair.

Just wondering are we even allowed to sell guns online? I know a lot of forums say you can not sell them but who knows.

Why are guns any different than any other merchandise being sold? It isn't stolen and if it sells, it will be shipped legally. I guess guns for some people are still taboo....

That's a beauty!

Just curious where the sling is. Did you just remove it for the picture or something?

Yeah, I can take another picture with it included. It is an Urban ERT/SENTRY Sling. Go to URBAN-E.R.T. SLINGS, tactical weapon slings, single point sling, AR15 sling, 3 Point Sling It was 50 dollars itself.

Not trying to lowball you but my neighbor (a few houses down) is a gun collector. Said he will give you 700 for it shipped. I have to think with his background he probably gets guns cheap (Ex Gov employee)

No worries either way, just his offer. Best of luck.

He lives in NJ....guns are highly restricted over there so cut him some slack. :)
Only the BG's have guns in NJ, NY, and CA. That was a joke, people, in case my saracasm didn't come through.

And I bet gun crime is higher there than other areas in that reqion of the US. Gun laws only prohibit the LAW ABIDING citizens of this Country from having guns (for law abiders, guns=ways to protect themselves from criminals). Criminals are criminals due to the fact that they don't abide by laws in the first place. So how will laws that prohibit certain guns or guns all together ever going to control gun crime. Gun control advocates are idiots and have ZERO common sense. Not saying that you are for gun control. This is for the people that are. The clueless, brainless people of the world. Sorry, I got on a rant there for a few seconds.

somebodies in the NRA... (I own a few myself as wisconsin doesn't care so long as you are over 18 for non handguns 21 for those with a concealed carry permit, background check and three day waiting period. I imagine other states require the background check for all firearms, and even here it is dealer only on hand guns so if it were a pistol u would have to have a dealer license to sell it to me but, just not for long guns)

LMAO!!! I probably should be in the NRA but I'm not. I'm just a broke cop. I just sold a pistol to a guy in Daytona Beach. I had the buyer to get a shop and/or person that has a FFL license to fax a copy of their FFL license to me. I got that and shipped the pistol to the FFL license holder through USPS. No problems....
