I recently won this from Taco Bell and have decided paying off my car is more important. I recently listed it on Ebay, where the final bid ended up at $650. Offer it to the second highest bidder for 640 that he committed to. Or the 3rd highest for 609.99.

I messaged each of them, and even offered it to the second bidder, with no luck. It's so frustrating, the winner of the auction seriously has no idea how to use paypal. Either that, or she's playing dumb.

A lot of scams are pulled off using the second-chance bidding scenario. People are highly discouraged from accepting such offers after close if they did not directly win the item. Re-list. But increase your feedback score minimum requirement for bidding. Should help a little. But do report it to Ebay as they need to stay on top of deadbeat bidders. No one likes 'em. Good luck.

so if u get it early... why not say ship it and receive it before the launch? it would be worth it to pay the extra for over night shipping to get one early. just saying, could be a selling point. if you are just stating that it will arrive on launch then its no better than hanging at walmart and picking it up that night at 12am.

Well I can't guarantee that I get it early...Taco Bell "should" be shipping it on the 12th, but I have no idea what level of shipping they will use.
