Apple iPad 64 Gb wi-fi and 3G (1st Gen)

As the title says I would like to sell a 1st Gen iPad 64 Gb with wi-fi and 3G in excellent condition (sold for $829). The Apple Care is good through September.

I have the original box and all it came with, included would be an Apple case which sold for $39 not fancy but in very good shape. I am looking for $425 including S&H CONUS. Thanks.
