This was removed from a 97 Honda Civic Sedan from Japan. Comes with all wiring. For any questions soot me a PM. Price $300. Thanks for looking.

I know im kindda late with this coz this has been posted last year. However being a civic owner in the past my understanding here is that if the car came with electronic climate control, it is just a matter of running the correct wires. On the other hand however, what I would like to know is the heating functions on the 96 - 98 US cars of which was integrated on cables.

The easiest (not really) would be to find a donor car that has electrical climate control and swap it replacing the manual version. I believe 98-00 Civic EK (USDM) all have the electrical climate control. However, this item has been sold.
