MINNESOTA Member Autocross/Track/Event Plans

I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread people could use to post their upcoming plans. Might result in finding out about events you weren't aware of and may find out friends will be going to the same events!

Busy schedule! I'd love to make it out to ZDayz sometime, I really need to make an effort to attend. Is SEMA open to the public now? I thought it was a trade show. MNNI on Facebook is another good place to find local events.

Considering we relay "event info" to the guys that run the MNNI page, we can make this the "go to" for events Mr. Scott ;)

SEMA is still considered and promoted as an industry trade show. That being said, I'm sure there are ways of getting around that if you know someone or fib...but I don't think you can just go to the site and "add to cart" two tickets can you?

Yup.

This is what I got at that link:

<CENTER>This link is not valid.<BR>Click <a href="http://www.compusystems.com/order">here</a> to continue.</CENTER>

This is the link I found:

https://www.compusystems.com/servlet..._utmk=72904080

Then click on "Register" under Attendee

Right at the top it says: "AAPEX and the SEMA Show are closed to the general public" and there's a list of verification paperwork you need to submit (two items) to qualify. But like I said, I'm sure people can get in if they have an "in"

Last Friday night I was in the Har Mar parking lot and there was a small car show going on, I'm guessing it was people coming from the event in the fair grounds. There were a few 350's I saw... no 370's though! :(

Those are some far events. I thought MAM was far.

This group is usually pretty good to run with. MAM is a fun track with lots of area to run off if you lose it on the track.

Cars and Coffee in Chanhassen this Saturday morning.

Heading to Brainerd on the 27th for a little drag racing. Who wants to see me make a fool of myself?

Cool. Iowa isn't that far. Worth it. Thanks.
