Indianapolis Beer Meetup

My wife and I are hosting a craft beer tasting at my house Sept 23 (Sunday). Noon-6 pm. There will probably be about 10-20 beer people. I'd like to get some car people in the mix. If anyone wants to stop by and talk cars/beer, send me a PM.
This isn't a drunk-fest. Most of the people here are very responsible and hopefully no one will be drinking and driving. No keg stands. No burnouts in the culdesac.
If you're on beeradvocate, you can send me a message there also. I hope to see some car people, (besides myself) there. We live in Historical Irvington (indy east) area.
We will have a few corn-hole boards set-up and a couple different NFL games on an outdoor big-screen plasma if everything goes according to plan.

Aw man another craft beer lover and Nismo owner! Wish I lived in Indi. If you ever want to trade for some beers in Cali hit me up. I used to be on rate beer a lot but faded out.

Awesome! Thanks. Is there any FW DDBA around? I'm always looking for Bruery/FW/Alpine. Let me know if you want any stuff from the Midwest.

I'll check on the DDBA i had one about a month back and it was awsome as all firestone beers are. Have you had there Wookey Jack? Alpine is a hard one to get sometimes not sure why. And the Bruery is maybe 15 miles for me so i can get most of there stuff. I used to compete against Patrick Rue when we were both homebrewers.

I wish that I knew more about beer, but really don't, cause this does sound like a fun event. I occasionally meet my wife up at Triton Brewery after work, but she's the one drinking anything.

Just glad to see another 370Z on here and especially on the east side. I'm over towards Wanamaker, so not too far away.

Feel free to stop by. You don't need to be a beer expert to try good beer.

Sounds good.

Weather permitting...we're headed to Bardstown for the bourbon festival this weekend. Hoping to take the Z down there. Looks like a decent road from Louisville to Bardstown.

I'd like very much to be able to meet up with some local Z aficionados, but my wife and I are going to be driving around the eastern Tennessee/western North Carolina area on Saturday.

On our motorcycle we've ridden The Dragon enough times it's become just another road. This time we're doing The Dragon, plus the Cherohala, Wayah Road, and a few other noteworthy roads, in our new toy. Should be a lot of fun.

I don't know if we can make it back to Indy in time on Sunday. At best it'll be after 3. I'll send a PM about details, just in case. After all, Irvington is between Knoxville and the west side of Indy.
