Delicious! We also went and watched Brian Reagan live in Dayton. Totally forgot we had planned that but it was so much fun.

I looked into track tires and wheels but those are way outta my budget. Good luck with getting them!

Anyone going to Cars and Coffee this week? Let's hope the power is on this time, hahaha.

Morning! cool on Brian Reagan...haven't been to see anybody for a long while. We saw Ron White in COlumbus several eyars ago. OMG!! he i s ariot!

and just wondering...track wheels and tires...how much was the damage? Can't be any more expensive than burning off Micheling PSS tread...ugh.

Tires: Toyo R888s (Front-255/35/18, Rear-285/30/18)=$1186 (all 4)
Rims: Enkei RPF1 (Front-18x8.5, Rear-18x9.5)=$1296 (all 4)

Info off Tirerack.com. I didn't try researching for a cheaper price.

Sorry-just noticed you wanted Dayton area, they are about 40 minutes from there in Lebanon..

Thanks, but I actually found ZSpeedPerformance, and they are right here in Dayton. I am going to try to make it down to cars and coffee eventually, lol.

:hello: more information on tires etc...I have been reading up for track tires and came across some info related to Michelin PSS vs. other tires.
I am seeing that COntinental DWs are comparable to the PSSs but cheaper. Have not researched this yet but if you are seriously considering new tires stil this year it may warrant a look see...if I get a chance I am going to do a comparison on TIreRack.com and see what the deal is. Just thougt I would let you know.
:)

:)

When I compared the two I found that the MPSS were rated better in every way than the DWs. Overall rating is 7.8 for DWs and 9.2 for MPSS. So I am still sold on them.

 ok-thx for the info. Just thought maybe i could save some bucks.
I do love the stickiness of the PSS. I have zero complaints. And after 3 auto-x events they are down to 7/32 (original tread depth is 10/32).
After a full summer though I'll be screwed-another 1000 bucks. Crap.

Ya it looks like tires will be a two summer at a time thing. I usually do Mid-Ohio spring and fall and am debating if I should get into that Auto-x too. Could be a tire killer. We will see.
