He what!? Yeah if you have a G37 for family you need to boost the sh%t out of that Z!

BTW: My 305s came! So strange. I ordered both the front and rear from tirerack at the same time. My tracking info showed them scanned in Chicago within 5 minutes of each other. The fronts will be here tomorrow.

I really want to put them on but I have 3/32s left on the rears! I sense tire rubber smoke in my near future!

Haha...no boosting the Z or G :( I'm thinking my best option would be to trade them both in for a GT-R  But no seriously, new details are started to come out on the Z35 and I'm also looking forward to the Q60...I hope they don't screw either of these up!

Can't wait to see and hear the boosted 40th! :icon17:

Arrvaxx 08-19-2014 04:55 PM

If they don't mess up the styling 3 ltr twin turbo hybrid it could be amazing.

4TthAnnyZ 08-28-2014 11:04 AM

Whats up guys!

Recently purchased a 40th, figured I would drop a line to all my fellow MN brethren on here! I'm often in the Prior Lake/Lakeville area.

So far I just have ARK exhaust and wheel spacers with the stock Rays. Big plans for the car though!

We may as well just change the title of this thread to MN 40th Anniversary Z Owners.... :rofl2:

Arrvaxx 08-28-2014 11:20 AM

Damn, another!? Nice. That's four (three are here). Do you come down here on a schedule?

Welcome!

Welcome!

According to the guy I bought it from, it was owned by an older woman, then traded into the dealer where this guy worked at. His wife drove it for less than a year and then sold it to me. Completely stock when I got it aside from 3M film on the front and 8" of the hood, a tinted brow and tinted windows. Factory brake pads an rotors look great at 50k miles so I know it was driven easy. No clutch issues with the CSC yet, crossing my fingers.

No set schedule on when I go down there, but my best friend and former roommate live there, and I hate Saint Cloud, so the trips are becoming more regular, whether I'm in the Z or not.

Wow never saw this!

I bought swift springs and SPL rear camber arms with toe bolts. Also bought Fast Intentions non-resonated test pipes, Takeda intakes, Fujimura carbon fiber rear diffuser and shine rear spats. Next is the side blades and transmission mount. Parts are slowly starting to show up, wont start installation until spring when its out of storage. Can always use help though!

New MN 370z owner here! Looking to cruise before the snow hits!

Arc 09-16-2015 08:21 PM

Hey guys, I know it's not ideal to post it here, but I don't feel like shipping this thing. If anyone is interested in buying an Amuse wing, send me an email at xivolve@att.net for pictures and details.
I paid about $2k to have it painted and shipped and I'm selling it for a fourth of what I paid since I had to trade my Z in for a winter vehicle, so the wing has never been used. There are some paint issues, happened when I was moving it around the house, but those can be fixed, I think. Anyway, I'm offering local pick up and requesting cash payment.
If the mods would like me to move this to the sale forum, just let me know and I will delete this post and post there. Thanks.

Nice, where you at in the TC? I'm located here in Woodbury.

There was one big cruise last weekend, and I know there's a few this upcoming weekend as well.

Figured me introducing myself here was a bit delayed. I used to frequent my350z.com when I had my 350. Was out of the game for a while, but ended up back in a Nismo 370. Stationed in Japan still, but my wife and I plan on settling around the Twin City area early 2017.

TopgunZ 12-31-2015 01:36 PM

Hey guys. Recent transplant from Denver to Mpls! I have owned a 350z which I twin charged and I have already had the Boosted Performance kit on my car and now I did the one off custom air to air stillen making close to 500whp.

Locals let me know of meet ups or any cool Z stuff in the area. Oh and local trusted tuners.

Happy New Years!!

I think most MN guys are hibernating (not just their cars) until spring.

TopgunZ 01-12-2016 03:05 PM

Lets get out our snow tires and chains and tear it up!!! :happydance:

I had DB Performance drop a clutch in my nismo this fall. They did a good job and their rates are pretty reasonable. Definitely give them an A on customer support.

batboyvaj 01-22-2016 11:21 PM

How much was the clutch install at DB?

A clutch install would be quoted 4-6/hrs labor rate, plus fluids.

Let me know if you need help getting setup with the right full clutch/flywheel setup, easier to contact us on the Next Level Performance facebook page.
