Only gripe I have about that product is that it feels 'tacky' its kinda grippy. I would rather spend a little more and get my car wrapped instead of plasti-dipped.

Well if that's the case. There is a fundraiser for the Grain Valley High School. It's a car show. Looks like I will be going to that one now. I order new interior parts along with the dip. So, minus the mileage, my GTR will be looking almost brand new. Anyone else would like to go just let me know and I'll get the details. :tup:

There's actually a few of them. Some are white and black others are the actual green type camo. There's also pink GTR's. To each his own.

man that is rough. i'd be waaay less than thrilled with that ordeal. i'd be taking a long weekend and heading to Z1 if it were me.

The April edition of Burn Outs & Burnt Ends will be 1 week from today, April 30.

Kit is still confirming the location but the proposed location is in South Kansas City.

not that i know of. i mean my car isn't screaming loud, but its not exactly quiet with test pipes either, and i've never had an issue. there's plenty of louder cars than me running around down here, and i've never heard of anyone having a problem

It's one of those things that is probably in place but never enforced.

If a cop actually hears it loud enough to get a noise ticket, you are getting a ticket for speeding or exhibition of speed anyway.

Don't go out hooning residential neighborhoods at 2a and you will be fine.

OP's noise ordinance is for loud stereos, you know the ones, where you can hear the awful music 6 cars away and the bass rattles your windows. :ugh2:

OP cops have been pretty nice to me. Maybe it's because of the veteran's tag with a USMC sticker on it. :icon17: I've dodged many a ticket, getting a 'wagging finger' as a warning. :)

Well that's good to know. I'm just afraid that the new exhaust really will be too loud :/. For some reason at 3k RPM it sounds like a trumpet on a megaphone. Then goes back to being a low/loud growl

OK!! We have confirmation the April 30 Burn Out & Burnt Ends will be at the new Jon Russell BBQ located at 13145 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO. Jon Russel has a well earned reputation for his award winning BBQ.

FYI, this is located just south of the intersection/traffic light at Blue Ridge and State Line. (There is BP station at the light.)

Olathe does and they have signs to warn you about loud exhaust or stereos. I was stopped and warned by Olathe about my exhaust but that craap was loud as hell. I just avoided Olathe.
