Spotted two on the way home yesterday. Silver/PG as I was leaving NBP in Annapolis Junction and the second right down the road as I was turning on the Dorsey Run Rd across from the 7-11. Waved at both, not sure if the one behind me leave NBP saw me wave but the other before the turn to Dorsey Run Rd wave back. Forgot the color of the second one :-(

Saw a black one on 100E yesterday around 4:30-5 PM. I was going on 100W and spotted it from across the highway.

Yep, I am on 100 quite a bit. I don't see too many Zs at all on my daily commute. Apparently I'm not as observant as you...lol.

You will probably start seeing me more in a month or so when the fall semester begins. I take 100 to 95 to get to UMD. I don't see too many 370Z's on my daily commute either.

silver 350 nismo on 695s yesterday ~445. Driver was asian and drinking a red bull. I waved, he didn't even glance over at all.....

With all due respect to fellow Z owners...It's just a car. Yeah it has a legacy and enthusiasts just like any other car but there are plenty of people who arent appreciative of the legacy or enthusiasts...AND there are people who are downright snobs. That's why I don't bother. Whatever, you have the same car as me...In this day and age it's nothing. If someone were to seem to take notice and acknowledge I would acknowledge back, but I dont go out of my way to wave.

It's not nothing. It's common ground. "Hey, we bought the same car."

You're right, of course, that other drivers aren't enthusiasts, but flipping someone off is uncalled for.

I wave if I think of it. It's a nice thing to do and can brighten someone's day.

It's funny that when I had my Miata's about 90 percent of other Miatas I passed would wave or flash the lights. Although nowhere near as exclusive as the Z, the Miata owners seem to be much more of an enthusiast group.I did get a lady who pulled up next to me at a light the other day, roll down her window and tell me the car was awesome. I will continue to wave regardless.

When me, Ron, and Amar were working on plasti dipping my roof, one of his neighbors saw our cars and stopped by with his son to talk to us. It was pretty cool. Amar even gave the kid his keys to drive his Nismo, the kid was probably only 8-10 yrs old :icon17:
