I think what we all need to take away from this is, doing **** in public is wreckless....even what we do. Atleast in a public area people can see you being a jackass and stay clear. No one can see you coming by at warp speed on a back road.

Exactly right Cody. Thats spot on. "spirited" driving, burnouts, drifting, etc..etc..etc. It's all reckless.

My two cents (not that anyone is asking): Do what you want in private. In public, you need to be mindful of people around you and not careen in and out of traffic like a jackass. You might be a goddamned racecar driver but I can guarantee you the other 20 people in vehicles around you are not.
