If we want facts, we can get it from the horse's mouth by calling ARK.. I called a few minutes ago, inquiring about some new gaskets, I should have asked him how many they've sold..

So I'm definitely not going to make it this weekend. Way too much to do ahead of ZDayZ. I'm going to try to squeeze in a full detail on the Z after I finish with the brakes and oil.

Yeah I want to get it all sealed and waxed up. Have to clay it and do a light polish (maybe) ahead of that.

eastwest2300 05-01-2013 09:28 AM

Make it happen duuude!

Having the clear bra done is a good idea...

Sales@AAMComp 05-01-2013 10:01 AM

I thought you weren't suppose to clean your car for x days when it's brand new? lol and yeah what blades said, shouldn't it have a fresh coat of wax on it from the dealer?

b1adesofcha0s 05-01-2013 10:01 AM

For the price of a clear bra, you can have the whole bumper repainted...

Sales@AAMComp 05-01-2013 10:02 AM

or maybe that's for brand new paint, not brand new car.. who knows how old the paint actually is

If it's right off the assembly line new, sure, wait a month or so. But this car was built at the end of 2012.
