why? I taught my wife on my Mustang... she has driven it for years now. In fact I have taught quite a few of my friends on it. Its still on its original clutch even with 90k and me tracking it... along with my Jeep which has 150k...

They aren't as delicate you may think.

b1adesofcha0s 04-17-2013 08:13 PM

I learned on Rob's Z

b1adesofcha0s 04-17-2013 08:16 PM

...and your lady friend might not be as inept at learning as you think. She'll be concerned about your car, she'll err on the side of caution. If you teach her to drive manual, you will be part of who she is for the rest of her life, even if you don't stay together.

Dooooo eeeeeet!!!!

Do you still send him a card at that time every year?

b1adesofcha0s 04-17-2013 08:26 PM

Pffft no. We don't need cards, we just play with some pipes from time to time.

StangerGT 04-17-2013 08:28 PM

to add... a good friend of mine had an S2K... great clutch... would be perfect to learning...

I don't question that. It's just one of those things that makes a sweet story years down the road.

And I'll teach her, it just wont be in MY cars.. and when she's got it, I'll let her drive the Z or the s2000.

b1adesofcha0s 04-17-2013 08:59 PM
