I only see one way to settle this. S2000 vs. Veloster Turbo at MIR!!!

Either they changed the rules, or I got popped by state boy (honestly don't remember) but on the citation I had the option to request a trial or a waiver hearing. Since I was guilty and I knew it, I requested the waiver hearing and I'm going to ask for PBJ. I haven't been ticketed since 2010 and I got PBJ then so my record's clean.
Its different now, when you check the guilty box on the ticket you admit fault and ask the judge to go light on you in court. The officer does not have to be present for that hearing.

As we know the Nismo just kind of wants to be flogged on those twisty roads. The V is more sedate but will kill any Nismo in a drag race, and though it's not bad in a sweeper turn, its not really a tight twisty road car. Then again I have not found its limits yet....but I'll tone it down a bit on Patuxent river road.....for now.

BTW, all the people that pleaded innocent were found guilty anyhow....

love that road too... easy to do that speed there - i feel for you...

Your cute little hyundai and my slow s2000... it would make for a good run, on the track of course.

You can still request a trial instead of waiver hearing and plead guilty.
