It happens. I think the S2K is my favorite car. It's so much fun to drive.

Dude, its soo awesome. I've done all the maintenance on it, changed the spark plugs, changed the transmission & differential fluid, did a synthetic oil change with a frag mag attachment.. she pretty much sounds like a jet!

That injen intake is nasty! I love it. AND the best part of having an S2000 is, its SOOOO much better on gas.:happydance:

Nice. I haven't modded mine at all yet. I don't really have any plans to. Just enjoying it as-is.

It's at the dealership right now, though. I had the axle click and the driver side window cable broke. Hopefully it is all covered under my Honda Care extended warranty. :)

Mine is my daily driver, I still have the eclipse, but Im trying to sell it, Im debating if I should take it to carmax and have it appraised but its been modded to hell, Im wondering if I'd be wasting my time bringing it to them.

Not a waste of time. Just go see what the appraisal is. If the money makes sense to you, pull the trigger. If not, you've got a week or 1000 mi to bring it back. They're known for giving crummy prices, but I don't see the harm. It costs nothing.

Carmax will always lowball you, but sometimes you can make out pretty well. They gave me 20 grand on my 08 Pilot when it was worth 20 trade in so I was pretty pleased when I sold them mine.

For a modded car, they wont give you crap for it since they will just sell it at wholesale. Hell, they dont give you crap for sports cars in general. But then theres my dad's 07 civic, they gave him 500 more than KBB valued it at. Its all about the demand.

try to bring it back to stock as much as you can. did you keep any of your oem parts?
