If anybody forgets to bring a "can" of something, dont worry. We are bringing 3 boxes of food. I think each box has like 8 things inside from cans of tuna, to packs of noodles, so we got you covered.

I have some other buddys that have shown interest I will get some definite answers if you dont mind a domestic or 2....

There unorganized, I spread the word but I expect they are making there own plans. Where are the VA people meeting?

Well....guess I won't be reaching the minimum 15.....probably gonna have to just hope rolling in together we get to stick together. Unless it changes....but I don't see it happening.

What if we just pay for the spots now and try to get more people to come in the next 2 weeks? It is only $3 per spot and we need 5 more people.

Yeah, I've thought that about too. Maybe getting 15 and only showing up with 10 won't cause CPT to lose any $$$. They'd probably just make 5 more people pay for the spots and get double......those bastards! :rolleyes:

So are we going to do this then? If we have to pay for 5 extra spots it's like $1.50 more per person if you split it up between 10 people.

Best to get the spots, that way our club gets more space inbetween our rides. Instead of 1.5-2ft we get 4ft. I would definitly buy the spot next to mine and share :)

Well, I sent the $45 to CPT this morning for 15 reserved spots. Now, regarding eastwest's question....I gotta work on that. Any suggestions on where us VA guys should meet? I'd like the final meeting point to be Nissan of Bowie. I'd also like to arrive early (sorry eastwest) so we don't have to sit in heavy traffic wasting our fuel. :ugh:

If we go and want to park together, suggest we meet up first, and get there early. Otherwise, we'll all be separated.

We have 15 spots reserved for our group so this shouldn't be an issue. Would still be good to meet up and get there early to avoid heavy traffic.

Has a time been set for a meet up at Nissan of Bowie?

I read somewhere that if we get there after 1045 it'll take around 2 hrs to get in... I don't know about you guys, but I don't think 2 hrs of traffic is an awesome way to kick this thing off.

No we're still trying to decide. Maybe like 10 am them?

Yeah we should decide on when to meet up and caravan to the stadium. 301 traffic is bad enough and there is only one road in/out of Bowie stadium.

You probably won't be able to go with us then. You could always meet us there since your spot will be reserved. Will be a lot of traffic though especially around noon.
