Sound deal?

I feel pretty good about this, but wanted to put it out there for a second opinion. Had a black 350 a few years back, and looking to get into a used 370. Here's what I'm looking at:

-2009, Sport, Touring, MT (nav, leather, synchro, 19" wheels, heated/powered seats, etc)
-All new tires put on about 3k miles ago
-37,000 miles
-$24,500

Not bad, right? Checked out the car yesterday and in additional to some normal wear on the front bumper (just from road debris) and a bit of road rash on a couple of the rims (nothing major, really), are two points of damage (images attached):
  • Some kind of scrape, paint damage on driver's side fender
  • A golf/tennis-ball sized dent on the driver's side quarter panel (paint doesn't appear broken, however...but the placement seems like it might be hard to pop out cleanly)

The damage might take a bit of time/money to fix, but considering everything, it still feels like a pretty great deal. Agree?

Appreciate any thoughts!

The price is fine but I would personally invest in a ppi. PPI's I feel are a must when buying a used sports car.

Word. Definitely on the to-do list.

I dont know man, I dont know. I think the mileage is kinda high, for a car only 2 years old. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah...haven't seen comparable models/options near that price point, however. (Unless I venture to Houston or Florida judging by some posts on the boards.)
