rest of the conversation:

Me: "Well FINE. If you don't like your hood struts I'll return them. God"
Her: "I'm not kidding"
Me: "What do you want me to do with these hood struts?"

at that point she went upstairs.

You know what I miss? Elementary school valentines day. You had to go get everyone in class a vday card and candy. Usually it was those stupid heart things. but sometimes you actually got good ****. It was like Halloween, but with love.

mine competes for mods. she wants an intake, downpipe, and catback but doesn't want to pay for it so she can keep buying her louboutins.

dmhenderson 02-13-2013 10:21 PM

I the car wants a Greddy or FI stage 2 TT kit for valentine's. Someone make that happen.

m4a1mustang 02-13-2013 10:22 PM

i wish winter was over already so i can put my superderps on. Also I wish it was next billing cycle so I can order my coilovers.

I'm really afraid to put coilovers on mine with those 18" resonators on it. I don't want to scrape up the exhaust

Masa 02-13-2013 10:23 PM

Who needs a set of wheels and tires when you got some 1200.00 shoes!!!

Just do it nao!

m4a1mustang 02-13-2013 10:24 PM

All depends on how low you go I guess. I wouldn't think the resonators would be the problem. The leading edge of the cans, maybe. I know the first gen of the FI exhaust had the mufflers sitting real low at the leading edge.

I don't want to be constantly paranoid about speed bumps and driveways etc.

b1adesofcha0s 02-13-2013 10:31 PM

What about the Tein with EDFC? Allows you to adjust ride height from inside the car IIRC.

m4a1mustang 02-13-2013 10:33 PM

in the v-day spirit I leave you fgts with this gem

tein is a crappy *** coilover.

dmhenderson 02-13-2013 10:35 PM

I'd do K&N if I were to do it but I don't think I will.

m4a1mustang 02-13-2013 10:41 PM

I would do kwv3 on the s2k but its overkill for what I need right now. Going with Bilstein PSS9. Should be great for DD work.
