It also depends on how fast you cruise. At 65 and under its not bad. Above 70 it annoys me very quickly. A lot of noise comes in through the trans tunnel area and the rear convertible tray. I think that's where most of the noise comes through.

I have a sound deadening project I'll be starting in conjunction with my seat work so it should tone it down a lot.

Exactly... thats exactly what Im talking about, and the other thing I like about the s2000, you see one S2000 maybe once or twice a month. Thats it. I mean seriously, how often do you see them? Not very often.
