Get a GRIP!

Come on out with Grip Syndicate and test your skills and your car against the
clock at GRIPFest 2011, held at the North Carolina Center for Automotive Research
(NCCAR) on Saturday, November 19 from 8 AM to 6 PM.

The beautiful NCCAR facility is located at 310 Technology Drive, just
off of Interstate 95 in Garysburg, NC. It’s minutes from Roanoke Rapids, NC, and
under 2 hours from both Richmond and Norfolk. Gates will open at 8 AM. There
will be a mandatory drivers’ meeting at 9 AM.

All vehicles must be production based and able to pass tech inspection
for safety. All drivers must supply their own DOT approved helmet. No loaners
are available. Unlike most track events, rollbars are NOT required for convertibles at this event—although they are highly recommended for safety.

Drivers will receive an estimated 10 timed runs -- 5 in the morning and 5 in
the afternoon. That’s 25 MILES of track time! Drivers of all skill levels are welcome, including novices. This will be a solo style event, there will be NO door-to-door racing.

Entry fee is $150 for drivers and $10 for spectators. There will be no ride
alongs. Lunch is available for purchase on site.
