Anybody track their Z?
 

I really would like to get into doing some road courses but am having trouble finding any clubs or events. What clubs are you guys with? Do you go to VIR often?

Get with Blades, he's always down for the track.. but then again, you're down south.. You may have to go to a couple car meets and meet a few people to get the inside scoop for your area down there.:tup:

Depends on what you're looking for.

b1ades goes to drag strips and AutoX events.

MightyBobo and ZCarMan go to racing circuits like VIR, Summit Point, and NJMP

Contact (google search) either SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) or
NASA (National Auto Sport Association). Lots of road racing and lots of
car categories! SCCA and NASA run at many Road Tracks!:tiphat:

Also, for VIR, Triangle Z club and Asphalt Ventures

Didn't expect so many responses to this. I love autocross but the closest auto-x to me is pretty bad, so I don't even bother. I really want to get into road courses, especially VIR.

Already a member of SCCA :driving:

I don't know if SCCA has it everywhere, because I'm not a member, but a friend here in Atlanta told me that when they have their races at Road Atlanta, other members can get two sessions during the lunch break for 100. Maybe they have something like that at their VIR events too?

I'll look into it, in the meantime though if anyone is planning on going to any events that are within reason, please let me know!
