Dan, it was nice to meet Jay and you today, so sorry about the hassle you went through. What happened at the high school man? One second you were there the next second you disappeared.

You missed a gorgeous ride man and we (MD group) hope that it won't dissuade you from attending upcoming meetings on our side. ;)

At the high school, someone threw a rock at my car as I was pulling out, and I probably should have just kept going....

I almost caught up with you guys before I took a wrong turn at the end of Spook Hill. By the time I turned around, I guess the fuzz had gotten enough complaints that they were out en force...I got pulled over twice, somehow got no tickets though.

Second pullover was enough to make me shut it down, since I was doing over 60 through a turn that I thought was going to be increasing radius that turned out to be a decreasing radius. Lost grip and almost hit the police cruiser

Lord, sorry for your misfortune, that's the only issue being out in the middle of nowhere, I don't see what the complaints could possibly be about but I'm sure the officers realized that when they were issuing you warnings. Thank GOD, nothing happened!!!

Sharif had a very little incident that will make him think twice the next time, we got a good laugh at of him and I'm sure you'll see my thread about it soon enough

Please don't let the experience today stop you from making another trip out this way.

I'll definitely be up again. I got a small ding behind my passenger door from the rock, but I threw some touch up paint on and it is barely visible.

Neither officer even got out of their car to talk to me. Just pulled over, made me wait a minute in terror, and then took off again.

Glad to hear everything worked out in the end, hey remember what you told me about the red color  they picked you among all the group, got to be some with red that incites jealousy  Hopefully we get the walkie talkie next time (let me rephrase that, hopefully Trooper doesn't flake out at the end) so we stick together the entire time.

I'm very sorry that you had such bad luck, Dan. I had fun hanging with you, though.

Had fun with everyone. It was a great cruise. We did Pretty Boy instead of Loch Raven. I doubt we'll do this again for a while, because of the po po.

It was very fun, and I'm glad we all ended up in one piece.

It would have went more smoothly had I printed directions or if we had radios. Those are a must for any extended cruise imo.

Wow that sucks Dan, glad you didn't get a ticket. It was good to see you though!

Yeah I had a little incident during the cruise. Where's the thread man I'm getting tired of waiting for it :p

I think the radios are definitely a necessity for any cruise after everything that happened today.

Zuperman- great meeting you today dude! Put on over 200 miles today, but worth every mile. That stretch of backroads was ridiculous.

Dan- so sorry to hear about some punka$$ kid throwing a rock at your car. Kept checking my rearview to see if you were catch up and you were nowhere to be found! Also, good luck on avoiding any tickets from the fuzz. Guess we should avoid that area for a while :eekdance:
