I have yet to figure out why the mid-a forum section gets trolled so much by people living outside of the region. I have never even bothered clicking on one of the other region's sections...whats the point (other than trolololololing)

I tried to stick to the 2-3 threads that I know... :)

Thou, when I first got on, I think I saw every album that poped up on the front page.. I couldn't get enough of the car :)

Oh geez, yet ANOTHER non Mid-A person clogging up our internet tubes :bowrofl:

I assume this was on the new US version of the show? I haven't caught it yet, either, but I haven't been hearing very good reviews so far.

m4a1mustang 12-01-2010 02:29 PM

Yeah, it was on the US version... and it was pretty stupid!

Since I started the thread - just liking the Z - took some exception to a jackwagon asking me to do research on the subject when I never go outside the mid atlantic forum and it was never discussed with us NOVA folks. So it probably wasn't my best moment, but I knew using the "hot wife" card wouldn't work as a reply to silence him without a pic. (not allowed to share those) But hey - give him props - he is serving our country - Thank You!

Anyway, the blind guy could drive the heck outta the car. Not real impressed with the show, but a BAD CAR TV SHOW IS BETTER THAN A GREAT ANY OTHER TV SHOW. Kinda like Street Customs on right now.

Anyway he is always sticking his nose in every thread and thinks he knows everything!

I'd like to hear what a person who is not familiar with the BBC Top Gear has to say about the U.S. version. I am a big Top Gear fan and I'm not really digging the new show. It's too hard to match the personalities and character of the BBC hosts. There were moments that seemed like they were even just copying some of the lines directly from the UK shows script. And they barely acknowledge their version of the Stig! They just introduce him as the "Silent Racing Driver" and thats it. It's just not working for me. Like I said, I'd like to hear a new viewers thoughts on it to have a more unbiased opinion. Maybe it is a decent show or just needs time to grow into one.
