I made my cabin reservation yesterday. They are pretty scarce. No 1 bedrooms are left. I may have gotten the last 2 BR. I think there were still a couple 3brs available.

Anyways, yes, I ended up reserving a cabin. There are only a few left and i think they are all 3 bedrooms, so act fast if you want a cabin. I think there are still some lodge rooms available, but the lady at the front desk made it seem like accommodations of any form at the resort are pretty scarce.

ZDayZ noob here, where are these cabins located at? And does anyone have a spare BR in one that I could room up with?

The cabins are all over the resort property. Head over to the fontana village website to download a pdf map and you'll get a good idea.

My cabin is already full but I'm sure there people will have room to spare. IIRC the lodge rooms are only 79-89 bucks a night and are pretty nice so that's a good option. The place is really affordable.

Its a very nice setup. Great atmosphere. The best part is you have no cell signal or wifi anywhere except for the lodge lobby, which forces you to just sit back and relax. :)

That is something that needs upgrade for all the Events that they do! :shakes head:

Why? I prefer not having connectivity while im there for most of the time. I you want yo check your email or make a call just walk up to the lodge. Otherwise just put you phone up, grab a beer, and have a good time.

Well the main problem is with the phone signal. I can check email every other day. Even at the lobby the phone signal is a problem!

Well, I guess if you really need to make a phone call the front desk has land lines available.

The website is cranky. It showed full but if you call there is still availability. But you need to call ASAP because like I said accommodations were VERY scarce when I called.

Its the middle of nowhere up in the mountains, so yeah, no service.

Definitely call. They have discounts for ZdayZ... and I think they block off rooms for attendees so the site won't show everything available for us.

I just brought up the issue in case of an emergency in your family while you are there, thats it. ;)
