It's terrible. Even worse than the site are the source of the leaks. Those individuals belong in prison cells.

if i remember right, treason by
military person can be punished
by execution, and they dont need
to ask anyone for permission.

The guy should be put in jail with all his sources or send them to North Korea or Iran. He is putting US Service Members in more danger than what they already are.

In addition to make the diplomatic relations between the US and these countries more difficult.

Is really a shame that this guy is allowed to do this, that is what you get with freedom of speech...

Lets put Hillary in jail while we're at it. She's broken international law. If Wikileaks hadn't busted her on it whose to say those nations wouldn't have found out anyway?

Willingly breaking international laws sounds like cause for termination in my book.

..had to check what you were talking about:

asked whether her firing or resignation was an outcome that Assange wanted. "I don't think it would make much of a difference either way," Assange said. "But she should resign if it can be shown that she was responsible for ordering U.S. diplomatic figures to engage in espionage in the United Nations, in violation of the international covenants to which the U.S. has signed up. Yes, she should resign over that."

Ordering our diplomats to spy on others in the U.N. is a direct violation of international law. It seems like she wanted the dirt on others to use a blackmail [my opinion]. Who cares what the Wikileaks guy says about it.

The ends don't justify the means, though. It's like a shoplifter pointing out a cashier who pockets a twenty. Yes, the cashier should be punished. But the shoplifter is still guilty of theft. Wikileaks is founded around an illegal activity. It's the data equivalent of blood money.

Where is your proof that she has broken international law? Then put Bush Jr., Chenney, Rumsfeld and the rest of the GOP gang in jail too.

Those documents are not from this administration only!! You most be a GOP bandwagoners of the Tea Party. :shakes head: :shakes head:

Like other countries don't spy on us?

What about water boarding? Where are the weapons of mass destruction? Want me to continue...

It's always fun when folks start discussing politics on a discussion board... not!

It's common knowledge that every country does this. Just go to Embassy Row in DC and I guarantee you a large number of the diplomatic "staffers" are just spys. :shakes head:

This is normal and it should continue. No other country is surprised about this because... guess what? They are doing it too!

As for Bradley Manning... he should be executed for treason.
