Hell, I gotta go. I've missed, what, the last four?

RandyD 09-09-2011 02:09 PM

If you need an idea, I've got a fun suggestion for one that I drove a few weeks/months back.

I got the idea from brian0128's thread of fun driving roads in MD. And this one would be very convenient for NoVA folks close to DC.

Problem with this route might be defining a beginning and end point with stopping points along the way. But it's very, very fun. North Beach and the surrounding farm land is beautiful.

I'll be there if its not raining hard.
Been driving the Altima all week so I need to get the Z out and stretch her legs a little bit.

It's not raining now so there might be a chance. If it's light rain I may still show up.

Going on that GT-R cruise which is up by Frederick, I'll let you guys know how that is. The route is posted on NAGTROC, I'll go find it and post a link in here so you can look at it.

Is it similar to the cruise route we did in Fredneck?

No I don't think so. Here's the thread about the cruise on NAGTROC, there's a map with the planned route on there as well..

Quite right! There are some common roads in the beginning, but this goes in a whole different direction pretty quickly. Yeah, I'm eager to know how it stacks up! And maybe if it's really awesome, we can remap the original for another Frederick cruise that combines the best of both. :excited:

Not that I'm planning cruises or anything. <_< >_> <_<

You didn't see me here.

Why don't you come along? I can assure you I will not be very helpful in any cruise planning so it's best you see it for yourself :icon17:

Same goes for everyone else! Nice drive and we get free lunch! :woot:
