It kind of looks like the silicone thing they use to stick the oil pan to the engine, the ultra grey thingy. Maybe previous owners had to remove oil pan for some reason, and part of the scrapped glue...

Broken magnetic oil plug
I took down the whole thing. Ended up being easier than expected once I moved the sway bar out of the way. I'll have to wait 24 hours to cure the Ultra Grey, hopefully there wont be any leaks...
