Jon, how do you like the TWM SS? How much did it run you, and where did you order?

NewYorkJon34 09-24-2010 07:07 AM

I Love it bro, I had the AMS SS and the TWM is soo much better/higher quality then that. They only sell it at the TWM site tho, it was like $250 and takes like an hour to install. I highly recommend it

Thanks, I'll add it to the wish list.

Oh, it had to have been one of our white Z's, since we have the only PWs.

NewYorkJon34 02-23-2011 08:58 AM

My TWM SS makes my shifter rattle sometimes. When in gear its usually fine though. Happens in neutral.

NewYorkJon34 02-23-2011 09:07 AM

Mine never gives me problems, it's still the best SS on the market for our cars

christian370z 02-23-2011 10:44 AM

Does it really clean up the shifting accuracy and feel? I have been thinking about a SS more recently.

Yep, everything is cleaned up & more direct. Similar to stock, but the throws are shorter. If your thinking about buying one, I highly recommend the TWM kit. I had the ams kit on before, so I'm talking with experience on both kits.
