If you have access to a Dremel, you do not have to fabricate a new button for your e-brake. I had a similar set-up on my Z. Basically, just cut out a little notch in the bottom of the handle and it will allow it to slide farther down the e-brake, providing access the button.

well... i finally plasti dipped my oil cap to flow better with my whole engine bay including my dip stick.... thanks to wiggins for giving me the idea.... the idea of me actually painting the oil cap was the original plan... but im tryna get the black TS cap with a rainbow insignia.... even more rare..... ;) so the idea is ill one day peel the plasti dip off the gold one i have and sell it off :happydance: thats IF i ever find one....

simota1 11-16-2013 02:17 AM

and one more thing... the plasti dip is black with silver metalizer same color as my rims....

Kingbaby 11-16-2013 12:37 PM

well my temp exhaust arrived..... the beluga racing axle back made my bumper rubbing even worse :shakes head:..... idk if its from buying all this jdm parts but i must say i now know i have a high expectations for parts that go on my z..... the first thing i noticed is the welding.... the welding is like my welding.... meaning its nice but it aint phenomenal..... second... the fitment..
my god if my life depended on the fitment i would have died over and over and over. The tips stuck out 3 inches or more... they look like my gibson exhaust on my f150 :bowrofl: even then i was like hell i can cut and weld the tips to make em shorter.... here was the deal breaker... the mounting points dont line up... and once you bolt everything nice and tight... the mufflers push my bumper upward now instead of forward like my oem muffler :shakes head: i tried for an hour until accepting my defeat.... i didnt even put back my oem muffler because of how upset i was. bottom line you get what you pay for... something i learned a long time ago but was hoping this one time i was wrong.... im gonna return them.... as i dont even think they are meant for a 370z rather a G37...... which i realized after my friend with a g37 with authentic tanabes said they look exactly like his exhaust... so it rang a bell in my head.... :shakes head:

KaienZ34 11-19-2013 05:38 AM

Well that sucks, sorry you had to be ginnie pig on this one.

LMBmikeZ 11-19-2013 08:48 AM

:iagree: sucks you had to be the one to try it out, but at least they were not super expensive and you also said you can return them :ugh2:

wheee! 11-19-2013 09:36 AM

wow, sorry to hear of the issues Jon! I'm sure everything will be fine once you get the REAL exhaust!

simota1 11-19-2013 12:55 PM

looks like those guys are gonna give me a hard time returning them..... :shakes head:
