First Viper photoshoot
 

I took my car to breakfast Saturday morning and of course on the way home, it rains. Surprise! I live in FL... Well, I spent the following morning cleaning it up and drove it down to the beach for dinner. What do you know...it rained again!

When I walked out to my car, I found a business card for Prime Photography. I decided to look him up on FB and liked what I immediately saw... a picture he took of my car while I was at dinner.

We setup a photoshoot yesterday in the midst of all this rain we have been getting in FL, so excuse the dirty *** car. The photographer's name is Dema and he is only 16! Kid has skills! He's on vacation with his dad from Philadelphia and was only here for another day, so we had to shoot in the crappy weather...but I think it was well executed. My favorite is at the end.

Wow, impressive for a 16yr old. We should get together for a photoshoot sometime since you live so close to me. I just lowered my Nismo (more), so the next nice day we should take some pics.

Thank you very much for all the compliments, everyone! It's been a long road to get it where it is, but the compliments almost make me feel the wait was worth it.

Someone on the Viper forum asked to see dual SSG stripes on my car...here's my very poor attempt. What do you guys think?

Also, here's a quick iPhone picture of the interior. I've changed out all gauges/dome/trunk/footwell lighting for LEDs, added the Lloyds Ultimats, MGW short throw with the knob, and had the center console painted SSG.

Yeah, I was definitely nervous driving into it...I was waiting for a pothole to swallow my car, but thankfully I only found about a .5" deep hole.
So true! It shakes (maybe because I'm cammed:stirthepot:), it's hot as crap inside, it makes all kinds of funny noises, the interior is so cheap, but I love it as well.

What year Viper? That's a very wide spectrum of choices...

If it came down to choosing a Viper, either a 4th gen like yours with a twin turbo, or a stock 5th gen. I know my choices are black and white, these are my three most wanted sport cars.

Not sure :shakes head: Still waiting on my fabrication guy to become available so he can build me an exhaust and we can install the rest of the boltons and then tune. It should be around 600whp.
Sounds like you need to do some research. I have a gen 3. You cannot TT a gen 4 unless you have serious balls and money since the ECU is unlockable. A gen 5 will be over 100k.

Yeah I just noticed that. Sorry, the gen 3 and 4 have such a similar body style. Yes, I know the gen 4 is quite more expensive regarding modifications but I'd still stick to it. Money is going to be through the roof regardless of what car I stick with. Twin turbo gen 4 or 5, upgraded GTR, or a stock lp670. The lp670 goes for about 380k. That I could not afford to mod. A gtr stage 6 goes for about 80k and puts down about 1200awhp on race gas. And will prolly outrun just about every car in the world. The viper has the looks department and can be just as powerful but the launch is not as good as a gtr's. The lp670 pretty much has it all except the power. Not as much as I'd like. My c6 z06 has more lol :( but it obviously takes the exotic department. I think a could squeeze in a used gallardo gor about 95k and send it to UGR but i absolutely HATE the gallardo body style. And this is my debate. I got all the time in the world. So I'm waiting on a particular owner to give his car up on a forum lmao!!!!!

Just keep your eyes open... TT Gen 3s pop up every once in awhile. It's amazing how most people complete their builds and them dump them because they are ready for something new by the time they finally get their car complete.

Thanks! Is it a shop car or customer car? Preordered or sitting at a dealer? It's frustrating that many Viper faithfuls put deposits on 2013s back in November and are still waiting on their custom order, yet some cars are sitting at dealers with anywhere from a 10-50k markup.
