Besides, He said i would probably need Camber Arms & Toe Bolts just to do the alignment anyways..

Anywhere to pick these up at? I know of a friend of a friend that owns a shop, but dont know his pricing.

I have already put on 500 miles on the new tires.. I dont want to shred them even more then I probably am right now haha!

You lowered without installing Camber Arms & Toe Bolts? :shakes head:

You don't need fronts.

Pretty good price:

This is what I installed when lowering:

I did.

How fast are you running thru your tires Chuck?

Do i have a good amount of time to wait before I do the alignment? Enough to wait for shipping on some camber arms? I've never been lowered but some people say they go thru tires every 3 months. I don't want to be that guy...

OEM rears lasted 15k miles and the fronts were still good for another 15k. I had it aligned at the same time as the camber arms were installed, but the springs had been on for a few months. I wasn't too far out of spec.

My last set of tires lasted almost 30k. I just feel my car slowly pulling to the right after I installed the suspension upgrades & new tires. I am going to order some SPC Camber arms or maybe find some used ones on here and just wait til i've installed them on the car to do the alignment...

Just thought it was funny that they couldn't get the alignment done because the lip was too low. I never read that problem with anyone else installing the Shine Lip

Looks like Concept Z in N. Phoenix sells them if you didn't want to wait on shipping. Not sure if they have them in stock or if they drop ship to customers:

Have you reviewed the DIY's on this?

Jenna said she had an issue w/Concept Z though. Advised against doing business with them.

I haven't dealt with them personally, nor do I know anyone else that has though.

I bought my CSC there with no issues, but who knows.

Yeah, who knows. Could have been a one-off situation.

Chuck33079 03-07-2014 11:21 AM

I think every shop or vendor has at least one person out there who'll tell you not to do business with them.

pfdaxe 03-07-2014 11:26 AM

I've dealt with them a few times since they're down the street from me, so very convienient. Never had an issue, but nobody there has a personality. It's like "here's your parts...see ya"...

Nick, I only needed rear camber arms and toe bolts when I had those springs on my Nismo. The tech was able to bring the car back into OEM specs once they installed them. I need fronts now that I'm lowered on coil overs. Saving up for SPL's!!!
