Totally my favorite one... That is one sexy pair of meters. :yum: |
This may be stupid.. but why leave the parts red? Why not carbon the whole car? Or is it a gradual process?
Maybe I am missing something.. |

Not to mention the rears are not as simple as buying a replacement part.

I luckily found a solution for the quarter panels so I just need to get them along with door and hatch. But then I have to remove all the carbon fiber parts and paint car black since no longer need it to be red :(. And trying to get the engine to work done at the same time. Would rather pay to pull the engine out once rather then 2 times.
Thanks for the compliments guys. Except you Chris lol. Ill see what you say when it puts 500 at the wheels :p |

Love it! great work and I'm sure that can't be expensive.
I'm not hatting, but I have to ask... Is this driven or just a trailer queen? I'm just asking cause I know my front bumpers on cars get eaten up after about 30,000 + miles. How do you deal with stuff like that from driving? Really like the CF look though. Wounder if you can do it in CF Red? That would be cool too! |
I drive her just not everyday... She is driven on weekends and etc. I just have to be extra careful. MY hummer H2 is my daily driver.

Cant wait to see this complete

why all the weight reduction if your not going to track your car? ;)

I debated heavily on the wheels but a part of me said even with the outside planning on being carbon fiber, carbon fiber wheels would make the car have "TOO MUCH carbon fiber" :ugh2: yea i know I have alot already but i love those bronze anodized wheels so freaking much. It was love at first sight and they truly flow great with the car. IMO. |

Any idea how much weight all the cf has saved overall? Also, notice a lot of a difference after the weight reduction as far as handling, acceleration and braking? Very cool car!!
|
haven't noticed much considering the suspension and wheels where all added on the car at the same time. To be honest, the stock stuff is pretty light "made of aluminum" but the carbon fiber parts are lighter.
|
IGNORE THE BRAKE ROTORS LOL...I was told they wouldnt rust and I was lied too. Upgrading brake system shortly ;)

Are you able to fix the rear bumper fitment? Love the wheels. Very nice.
