Yup, find that out before we start over nighting parts :)
What sensors are you getting again??? I think you got the harness with this order. HKS told me 350z's did not need the harness but it was not tested on the 370z yet. On my end everything works great without the harness. By adding it I wnder if there are more viewable stock sensors with the harness attached. I guess we will find out, only a $35 part no biggy. I might find the time to solder the wires directly to the stock wires. This way I can have my OBDll port open at all times, along with a cleaner look and install. On another note did you get pricing from that shop that does the custom screen. What screen are you going to use. I dont want to use a Alpine while I have a Pioneer head unit, that would look tacky. Pioneer currently does not have a screen for sale but they have an older model we could try to source somewhere. This older model matches our Pioneer unit perfectly. Here is a link, maybe you can help me source one. I am sure we can find one if we both try. Here is the link: Pioneer USA - AVD-W7900 - Rear Seat Viewing Enjoyment for Friends and Family It has a glossy bezel that matches our unit. Edit: Also it has a small speaker in the back of the unit. This would be great for the alarm feture of the HKS Camp2 that warns you when you hit a critical setting. |
Waiting on info on that shop, when I get that I will give them a call and see what they suggest. They might have some of those sitting around that they never sold, but who knows.
Not 100% sure what sensors were ordered, of course boost, but not sure on the other one (maybe A/F?). |

I think our only hope for getting the pioneer screen is to find it our self on the net. I will order one as soon as I find one. This shop can do it with any screen. The do a nice little trick with welding plastic. |

I would prefer to have the screen in the cluster lid location because line of sight but haven't really researched it, to have a final decision. Any info you could share would help me in my final choice. |
I can give you sort of an idea of what might happen, this is Project Mothra from this past weekend. They have a Alpine headunit with an Alpine screen in the cubby. JB and I both have Pioneer Z110 headunits, and are hoping to find a Pioneer screen to match.
