I know it sucks bro waiting for parts, but I really believe the Zele will be worth the wait :tup:

Well today was both good and bad.

I managed to find someone who works at my local Yokohama plant so I got a sweet deal on 265/305 Advan AD08s!

And my volks arrived today! Damaged by fedex :shakes head:
It's not terrible, mostly just little nicks and scratches but it's more than enough to bother me.

The jackass literally just put the wheels in a box, which was way too small. No packing material whatsoever. Now he has pulled a 180 today...he refuses to even submit a claim with fedex.

I'm already in a battle trying to get the charges disputed and hopefully get most of my money back.

Sigh sorry man, some of us are just plagued with one little thing after another in this game. Hope everything works out the right way for you.

:iagree: it's the nature of building custom vehicles. I have had an issue, some big some small, with every part of my build

Thanks guys and you are both exactly right. I'm still waiting for something to go as planned haha.

My front tires showed up today, rears are on back order.

I am absolutely in love with these wheels (this is the best looking one, only one chip which is hidden by the tire)!

Wheels have now been powdercoated! Still playing the waiting game on my rear tires though.

The color is absolutely sick. First, we blasted them clean and primed them. Next we used a mirror chrome base coat and finally the candy teal top coat.

This is what the candy teal looks like after its been sprayed and not baked. I love it!!
