Maybe a temp gauge will help monitor the process. The 72 row oil cooler works great on the track also. A tune for the tranny might also help.

Who makes tune for tranny?
I don't worry about overheating, I can always make it worked.

Uprev. Sam was able to tune the tranny so that i would shift faster. You can feel the difference when shifting.

After tracked at Buttonwillow full day, time for new tires. :driving: I'm going to run Hankook RS3 275/35/19 square. Hopefully it performs better. If not, coilovers on the way.

gtkiller 01-12-2012 12:17 PM

I hope the RS3's work out with your current setup.

RS3's should work a bit better than RE11's and definitely than re050.

It's not about the tires. RS3's are the best street tires for sure, but the problem is the stock suspension can't handle the grip level of good tires, such as AD08, etc.
