Minor upgrades....let's call it The Smurf Version 5.5:

#1 - Blacked out the side markers

#2 - Swapped the Volk's & RE-11's for the stock rims & tires, however got the stock rims and lug nuts powdercoated:

Also had the air ride suspension checked out and all is well and good. Also got the passenger window adjusted since I could hear the sound of wind coming from that side. And last but not least, the body shop found a small leak in my Stillen exhaust that they were able to fix with no problem. The Smurf actally sounds totally different than it ever has in almost 2 years now....in a good way! :tup:

reason for not running the TE's (for now)?? better for winter or w/e? just wondering

Basically due to the RE-11's, really. I basically have two full sets of wheels/tires (Volk's & RE-11's and stock rims/tires) so I just sorta swap between the two during winter. However this year since my car was already at the shop for the air ride suspension review I decided what the heck and got the stock rims and lug nuts powdercoated....so I can at least pretend they are the Volk's! :rofl2:
